Introduction

Today, Nablus is considered the major commercial, industrial, and agricultural center in the northern region of Palestine. The city also encompasses a wealth of religious, cultural, and touristic sites. For example, Jacob’s Well, in the East Side of the city, is the site where Jesus met the Samaritan woman who offered him a drink of water and believed in him. On the other hand, Nablus Old City is a lively market, or Souq, with impressive mosques, Turkish baths, Kenafa shops, and traditional soap factories.

Al Yasmeen Hotel and Souq is one of the first unique tourism investment projects that are being built as a public-private partnership between Nablus Municipality and the privately owned Yasmeen Investment Company. This venture pioneers as a sincere and concerted effort to revitalize and upgrade the tourism sector in Nablus.

Al Yasmeen Hotel and Souq consists of two floors. The first comprises of two sections separated by a street. connected by a pedestrian bridge, the first of it's kind in the city of Nablus. The second includes Middle Eastern Resturants as well as Rooms & Suites Hotel.
